What should I do if staff show symptoms or claims they do?
Please be aware that our local hospital emergency departments are available for life-threatening emergencies only.
Individuals classified as high-risk (over 60 or with underlying medical conditions) that are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19, including fever, cough or shortness of breath.
Those who are experiencing symptoms but are not getting tested are asked to self report symptoms for McLean County.
Actively encourage sick employees to stay home and self quarantine themselves. They cannot see a doctor, so please do not ask for a doctor's note.
Employees that develop illness (fever, cough, or shortness of breath) while at work, should be sent home.
Routinely clean all frequently touched surfaces in the workplace, such as workstations, counter tops, and doorknobs. Use the cleaning agents that are usually used in these areas and follow the directions on the label.
